We do not allow any drugs or alcohol on the premises. Do not bring your own paintballs. You will not be allowed to use them. Yes.

what is the maximum velocity allowed at the field?
The industry standard is below 300 fps but we prefer a speed around 280 fps when playing at TPG.

how do i get to the field?
If coming from Vancouver, taking highway 99, then highway 17 is the best route.
If coming from Surrey, taking highway 10 to Ladner Trunk Road and then turning left onto highway 17 is another route.
Getting to TPG is like driving to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. The only thing you do differently is turn left at Tsawwassen Drive, the last intersection before the stretch of road out to the actual ferry terminal. Remember: the field is PAST Splashdown Park.

what is the age limit at tsawwassen paintball?
The minimum age that we allow is 12 years old. Anyone between the age of 12 and 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the bottom of their waiver. The waivers are available to print out in our downloads section of this web site.

can i get to the field by bus?
Yes there is a bus that goes right out to the Ferry Terminal. You will want the last stop before the Ferries. From most points in the Lower Mainland you will want a bus that goes to the Ladner Exchange. Then take the 640 towards the Ferry Terminal. We are at the corner of Highway 17 and Tsawwassen Drive.

do i have to make reservation with a deposit to play at tsawwassen paintball?
For Private Bookings you do have to put a $300 deposit down in order to hold a timespot. The deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours before your scheduled game. For Private games it is fairly important that you confirm the number of players that you have coming out, because Private spots are very popular and cannot be changed after 48 hours before your game.
At the Public field, you can just show and play, assuming that gear is available for rent. Our field capacity is over 100 players, but sometimes we do book up. If you like, you can call us up and place a deposit on a certain number of sets of gear ($15 per set). We will hold this gear aside for you until you arrive. Players with their own gear can of course drop in any time. For info on purchasing your own gear visit www.frontlinepaintball.ca.

what are your hours of operation?
We run drop in games every Saturday and Sunday (and Statutory Holidays) from 10:00am until 6:00pm. Private games are available 7 days a week from either 10:00am to 2:00pm or from 2:30pm until 6:30pm.

what kind of games will we be playing?
All games at Tsawwassen Paintball are fully refereed, with all of the rules explained to you before-hand. There are about a half dozen different types of games that we play, each with their own objectives. Each game only lasts about 15-20 minutes, so if you get hit early, you will not be waiting very long for the next game. New players that arrive will just join into the next game starting up.

will we be playing with pros?
Generally speaking, players who have been playing for a long time and play in tournaments do not play recreational paintball. Some players who have their own equipment will be playing, but they are split up evenly on both teams, and will be there to give the newer players assistance throughout the day.
